We start with a conversation about the business or product, who it is for, what is getting in the way, the technical realities, and what a useful outcome actually looks like.
Research
I review the current experience, competitors, audience, content, analytics when available, technical constraints, and the patterns people already understand.
Initial direction
I explore an early direction far enough to make the important decisions visible before we commit too deeply. This is focused exploration, not several complete websites hiding behind a curtain.
Sync
We review the direction together, line up on what is working, and identify what needs to change while the work is still flexible.
Refinement
I develop the selected direction into a polished experience and incorporate the feedback we agreed would make it stronger.
Delivery
Depending on the project, delivery might mean final Figma files, a component system, documentation, implementation, or a finished website ready to launch.
You’ll get regular progress updates throughout the project, with focused check-ins when your feedback is most useful. Enough visibility to know where things stand, without turning your calendar into the actual deliverable.
